The hotel, while supposedly 4 stars, badly needs work and upkeep. The rooms and bed sheets smelled. The facilities, while decent in theory, could use more cleaning and attention. The room had amenities but not the things you'd need to use them. For example, there was a dishwasher but no dishwashing liquid. There were no paper towels or sufficient TP provided. There weren't enough towels. The ACs worked but one was quite old and made a loud noise. There was a gas stove range but it had no igniter (there was no lighter or matches either), so we couldn't turn it on. There were a few dishes provided, but they were visibly unclean.
The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, too.
In general, I'd say if you're looking for a 4-star experience, skip this one.
