Extremely Disappointing Experience – Needs Major Improvements
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. One of the most concerning issues was the lack of customer service, especially for non-Spanish-speaking guests. It became clear very quickly that if you don’t speak Spanish, you’re likely to feel ignored or unwelcome. Communication was difficult, and there was little effort made by staff to bridge that gap.
Food quality was another major disappointment. Meals were consistently bland, poorly prepared, and lacking in variety. It did not meet even basic standards for a resort experience.
The atmosphere at the hotel was chaotic and unprofessional. There were no clear or enforced rules by the pool or common areas. I personally witnessed guests touching other people’s belongings with no intervention or supervision by staff. The managers, instead of maintaining order, seemed more focused on appearing friendly rather than addressing real issues.
The beach area was loud and overcrowded, which made it impossible to enjoy a peaceful experience. The rooms were not clean, and the overall maintenance of the property was poor, leaving a negative impression from the moment I arrived.
This was not the relaxing or enjoyable stay I had hoped for. I cannot recommend this hotel to others, especially to international travelers expecting basic service, cleanliness, and respect. The hotel needs significant improvements in customer service,
