I recently stayed at your hotel, and while I truly appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of your staff, I feel it’s important to share my honest feedback about the overall experience.
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the beach. One of the main reasons I chose your hotel was the beachfront location, but the reality was completely different from the photos on your website. The beach was not usable due to a heavy amount of seaweed, and this was not mentioned in advance. It was very frustrating to pay for a beach resort and not be able to enjoy the beach at all.
Additionally, the food options were very repetitive, offering the same meals every day with little variety. The drinks were also disappointing, as they were served with very little to no alcohol, which made the “all-inclusive” experience feel limited.
Lastly, the transportation service was very expensive, and in some cases, the drivers were not very friendly or welcoming.
Again, I want to thank the hotel staff for their excellent attitude and service, but overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve future guests’ stays.
