~Honest Review~
I LOVED my stay here! The staff was super friendly, they really do go above and beyond here at Haven. This resort is all-inclusive, adults only, not much the "party" resort kind (Riu), but the "vacation" resort kind, that has a relaxing & luxurious vibe to it. However, there are lots of events, shows, and acitivities to do around the resort. The pools were beautiful, but also separated. The signature pool had more of a "party" vibe (DJ playing music) whereas the Haven Pool was very calm & relaxing. The food at this resort was delicious, and the alcohol was actually strong (NOT watered down). My favorite a la carte restaurant was Olios, which is a must try if you stay here! The reservation system on the app/website is very easy to use for the a la carte restaurants, and reservations (at least for 2 people) were widely available. Room service for food was 24/7. All of the food was so good, we got room service almost every night. The hotel rooms are very spacious, as well as the whole resort. Every room comes with a jaccuzi. The rooms had a modern, slightly Japanese feel. The resort was so big, I got lost on the first day. Using their app/website map or taking a picture of one of the maps around the resort definitely helps. The app/website also lists all of the activities occurring, as well as your reservations. The only downside is that the beach was filled with Sargaso, which is happening at most resorts in Cancun, so the beach is not very swimmable.
