"I had booked this several months in advance. And I wanted early check-in. It was not till the day of They finally told me that. Oh yeah, I could finally check in early. I had several events I was going to that day and I really needed that information prior to the day of. I called several times to find out if I could check in early And nobody could let me know."

"Great stay. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants and bars. The staff are amazing and the suites are newly renovated and very clean. Our only beef was the noise level at night. It's a dog friendly hotel, which is awesome, however we listened to dogs barking and howling most of the night... Ask for a top floor room."

"Staff was very nice and check in and valet was easy. The bathroom was pretty dirty and there was no hot water. We had to leave it running for more than 5 minutes to get to Luke warm so only 1 of the five of us was able to shower. Our room had a fold out couch that was awful. Because of those issues we would probably stay somewhere else next time. "

"Fun shopping, eating and drinking within walking distance. Hotel is under construction in spots, but it never interfered with us. The staff was spectacular in every area, especially front desk and restaurant."

"Staff was great and super friendly. My complaints are that the room was not super clean. The bathroom sink was filthy, and you could see water stains on the shower from previous use. A lot of the walls had noticeable paint chips and the bed frames were extremely worn out and pealing. Also, although the elevator says you cannot use it without a keycard 99% of the time you could go in and press a button without scanning the card and it would work. From a safety standpoint I wasn’t a fan of that. As far as location this hotel is very central to downtown and it was $35 a day to park in the garage which was cheaper and safer that areas near by I felt."
