As there were a lot of guests on Sunday, the buffet breakfast hot dishes were cold and there were a lack of staff cleaning tables and making coffee. Seemed disorganised. Avenue Hotel Canberra
The toilet was not properly cleaned……behind the toilet seat in full view….wasn’t searching…..looked like it had missed a few rounds. First thing I saw in the toilet was a pubic hair. Was in tower two the week before, definitely felt cleaner, better, slept better….
