please recheck booking..!!

we booked for 3 people in a room which provides a double bed + a sofa bed + a single bed. And we were given a suite which had a separate bedroom area and a TV area with pantry. this looked good at first but then we realised that the bedroom does not have an AC. It was only provided in the TV area. This is ridiculous because how do you expect people to sleep in a non AC room. the single bed was a foldable sofa bed. so eventually we all had to sleep on sofa beds in the TV space. very bad experience.

73205646999826) Sehr geehrtes Expedia-Team, ich habe über Ihre Plattform die Unterkunft Dort Mevsim Suit Otel, Barbaros Mahallesi Binboga Sokak No. 1, Çanakkale, 17100 Türkei, für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder mit der Reiseplannummer 73205646999826 gebucht. Der Aufenthalt war vom 12. August 2025 (Check-in ab 14:00 Uhr) bis 13. August 2025 (Check-out bis 12:00 Uhr) geplant.

Dört Mevsim Suit Otel (out)
