"I’m sad to say that although I was excited about this property because of its great location, my overall experience was very disappointing.
When we arrived, the staff immediately reminded us that only four people were allowed to stay in the room — which we understood and respected. However, during our stay, we experienced a medical emergency and needed to cancel our remaining nights.
We contacted Expedia, and they informed us that the decision for any refund would depend on the property. When we spoke directly with the hotel staff, they required a medical certificate and still refused to provide any refund. It felt very unreasonable given the situation and lack of compassion shown.
Additionally, when we requested housekeeping, we were told cleaning is only done every three days, which was inconvenient and not clearly communicated beforehand.
Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service and lack of flexibility during a medical situation, I would not recommend staying at this hotel."
