「Beautiful hotel. Very clean & comfy bed. Friendly staff too!」

「could use better managment」

「Clean facilities, great pool and hot tub, helpful staff and multiple selections for breakfast. We will be back」

「Had misunderstanding of wifi connection got immediate service as always great staff in kitchen as well」

「Not the nicest hotel ever but was good enough for the one night we stayed. The beds were rock solid but the piano bar was cool」

「Nice hotel, relatively new, clean rooms. We were surprised by the breakfast offering, possibly one of the worst hotel breakfasts we’ve had. We also got in late and there wasn’t a single open parking spot. The night staff’s solution was to park in the loading zone and then come down before 7am to move the vehicle, not ideal.」

「All good」

「Very nice stay and friendly staff」

「Clean room and cleaning staff were very accommodating. The wifi wasn’t working but not the hotels fault.」

「hot tub smelled like gym socks & was gross + dirty notified staff it should be closed down & came back down to lobby half hour later to see a family sitting in the un cleaned / un sanitized tub & if the the cant deal with the tub they should close for night due to health standards had to ask for a refund then instead of asking if i wanted another night stay the said refund but out by 11am with it being 10:30am i had to rush back to room from work just to pack up i also had to aproach...

「The reason why we came was that in ontario we use it there was a swimming pool and a steam however the swiming pool was not useable the shower was not that good so it was not as we expected. Too bad!」

「Excellent stay with Professional staff! Thank you!!」
