"Let me start with the positives: the hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and a short walk from town. The lobby is beautifully decorated which gives it a nice first impression. Having said that, we had a very poor experience at this hotel for a few reasons. The rooms are tiny so don't expect much comfort or luxury. They ticked most boxes for a 4 star hotel by doing the absolute minimum: most amenities are there, but crammed into a space the size of a caravan. But the worst part was how noisy it is. There is no form of insulation, so you hear everything the neighboring guest say or do, even when they have the tv on. Unfortunately for us, in our case this went on until the early hours of the morning. When informing the staff of the hotel, they didn't really address it or what they did, had no effect. We pretty much had three nights there with little sleep. Also, cigarette smoke came into our room from the next balcony throughout the night. I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel."

"The location seems to have been in a bad part of town. The hotel was run down, not at all a 4 star by any means. The room was falling apart almost. The sheets were tough and not comfortable. It had a nice restaurant and pool that’s it."

"A decent hotel, just on the outskirts of the city, about 15/20 min walk. Very good breakfast. Hotel room was nice and big, a few things to help improve. There was a surcharge on the two bottles of water (£2 each), avoided that buy using the supermarket next door for a fraction of the cost. No English TV channels (not that I expected any), the smart functions on the TV don't work."

"Room was fairly well thought out, bathroom was fine. Staff was helpful in getting me parked off-site, and in explaining most items (except WiFi code). Breakfast which was included was very good."
