「I enjoyed staying at Newbury Boston for the second time. I happened to tell Kai at check-in that it happened to be my birthday week and surprisingly there was a gorgeous petite cake in our room! Overall, the staff was very friendly and extremely professional. The gym was complete and very clean. We also had breakfast in our room birthday morning and it was delish!」

「Service is wonderful. Felt very pampered. The car and luggage were all handled quickly. The lovely treats left for us were a very nice touch. And they allowed us to delay checkout. Bar Artefact special as always and tried Coteau for first time - exceptional! Recommend the wine pairing. So fun!」
