Perfect Beach Property

The location of the hotel and service from the staff was good. Clean, and well managed property. Though I wouldn’t recommend it during off-season period as all the shacks and shops are closed and the closest active shacks are in Palolem beach which is just 15 mins away. There’s no lunch, dinner during this period and breakfast options are only 2. Although they had sent advance mail notifying us of the limitations during off season, I feel breakfast options can be increased. During season period they have their own restaurant on the beach which is right outside the hotel gate which is very exciting as best as it can get. It’s closed during off-season period due to government regulations.

Stayed in a Lower Courtyard Room just over the road from the beach. Large room with A/C. Ceiling fans both in the bedroom and outside on the terrace. Good bathroom. Coffee & Tea making facilities provided. Helpful friendly staff.

Disappointing service. Needs to be addressed as many other cheaper places along the beach have far friendlier staff Rooms were excellent but courtyard garden needs to be tidied up

Cozy little place away from the hustle..

Perfect property for season period. Off-season eating options are limited inside and outside. Closest nice beach in off-season is Palolem while in season period it’s right opp the hotel with its own restaurant/shack.
