Nice rivers view, walking distance to dinner cruise, night Market and shopping. Lovely 2 nights at Ninh Kieu Riverside Hotel on our 20 yrs married anniversary. Great breakfast too. It was recommended by my daughter, she was booking this hotel for few nights before. Anyway thanks for the service. 14/12/2023 YH and LP

I will not go back despite the location
Water leaks out while showering. Breakfast was crowded with tourist to the point that it was difficult to find a seat. The food selection was poor. Only offering 1 noodles soup and the other food was the same for 3 day straight. Drinks all pour into the container hot, thats a first for me. Location is close to the night market but that's it. Hotel had alot of mosquitoes, could be because we were close to the river. We stayed at Muong Thanh 5 yrs ago and thought this was similar, it turned out to be far from it. Bed was hard. I will not go back here.

Friendly staffing but we’re very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The towels provided were so old and smells. The bathroom door wasn’t properly closed.

Hotellet var flot....i 1980! Meget slidt og beskidt hotel. Sengen var så hård at man ligeså godt kunne sove på gulvet og afløbet i badet virkede dårligt. Morgenmaden var 99% asiatisk og personalet kunne ikke kommunikere på engelsk.

Amazing mekong views. Went on hotel river dinner cruise that was a experience and very reasonable. Room cleaned e every day with fresh fruit left. Huge breakfast choice. Arranged river morning Market trip very reasonable

The staff was great. Could not ask for any better. The hotel looked pretty nice on the outside, but my room had little issues here there, but nothing to really complain about. The food, the little I had was good. The area around the hotel is nice and well maintained. If or when I return to the area, I would stay again.

Everything was perfect during my stay in this hotel. In terms of view, location, staff, foods, and affordable room rate, I have found nothing to criticize. But there was unpleasant smell from the drain in shower booth, which was gone once I started taking shower.

Modern design hotel in a great location. However, housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning the bathroom. The bed is hard. Buffet breakfast selection is excellent; more like lunch.

The hotel doesn’t live up to its 4 stars status. The bedroom is big, but haven’t got ambience. The shower overflows into bathroom area, and the bathroom blinds are slightly broken. Breakfast buffet is good and service attentive

Excellent location. Bed is very hard. Bathroom smells and air con does not reach into bathroom making it very hot and stuffy in there. Had to call reception every time you want to use the gym and waited 25 minutes and physically went down to reception area to ask for someone to open the gym.

Pros. Lovely hotel with great location. We had a fantastic large room overlooking the beautiful bridge and river. Lovely pool. Friendly reception staff. Cons. The cups and glasses in our room were dirty. I took them back to reception to change. The bed was pretty hard. The air con seemed to be cold and didn't make any difference if you tried to turn the fan down, also directly over the bed with lights shining down when you're trying to sleep. The corridor stank of smoke and food. No choice of food for westerners except eggs, which were not good! Bit of construction going on next door and next to the pool. I would stay again, but some of these issues need addressing.

Hotel looks unique, rooms are ok, nice view of the river boats, pedestrian bridge if you have a river view room. convenient to get taxis & river tours in front of hotel. Staffs are not as friendly, pool location is very inconvenient, you have to cross the lobby and go outside of hotel

We stayed two nights on the 7th floor in a suite. Nothing special about the checkin, staff weren’t as welcoming as we had experienced in our four other hotels in Vietnam. Room was OK, bed was extremely hard and unforgiving! Bottled water was included. Slow WiFi. Great view from the room and the AC worked great too, but the unit in the newsroom had an extremely bright blue light that was located in the ceiling. Made it hard for me to sleep, so we turned it off. I am not sure we would return to this hotel.

Best Hotel in CanTho City
I stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years. the new building called Riverside is beautiful. I love the architecture design. It's not like those typical rectangular box building. This is one of the reasons I like to stay at this property. I stayed in the suite for a couple weeks and it has great river view as well as the street view. It's really beautiful at night time. The location is prime real estate so you can expect lots of activities after sunset. Multiple coffee shops with few walking steps and you can also take a leisure walking around at nights. The dinner on river cruise boat is something you should try out. It might be noisy with the music but it's part of the fun. There is also a night club within walking distance. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It comes with buffet breakfast. Lots to choose from to eat so I really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Since I stayed in the suite, so it's really nice and roomy. I like a separate room where we can eat or chat with visitors. A couple things can be improved. I kicked the bed corner a couple times and it hurts. The bed frame corners stick out so one can easily kick it. The other one is weak Wi-Fi signal. It dropped often when VPN. Overall, the place is really nice to stay.

good hotel, not sure it fits 4 star rating
Overall, this was a good experience. Only 2 things I have complaint on: 1. No AC in hall way. it was pretty hot until we can get to the room and turn on the AC there. 2. My whole room had a foul odor that staff could not figure out where it came from. They thought it's the heat causing sewage odor and used disinfectant spray in the shower to mask it, but we found out at the end of the day that there was a small amount of the toilet water seeping out on the bathroom floor that might be the root cause. Should have switched us to a different room instead.
