「When I first booked this hotel last October, it’s clear that I paid initial payment of EUR160. But when I check in, the hotel staff told me that I didn’t pay such payment. Then with no other choice, I paid the whole fare again! Unhappy experience with Expedia indeed!」

「房間整齊乾淨,有電梯、冰箱、吹風機。小廚房配備的餐廚用具算是該有的都有,晚上打開窗戶讓空氣流通的話,可不用開冷氣睡覺(7月)，位處巷弄中，沒有太多車輛吵雜聲。附近環境方便安全,生鮮超市(開到晚上9:30)、麵包店、市場、雜貨店、小餐館、各類小商店林立，夜間11:00左右才回家也不用擔心危險。距離聖家堂、加泰隆尼亞廣場等步行約30分鐘，米拉之家、巴特婁之家步行約20分鐘。公車系統四通八達，到達上列景點只要10到15分鐘且大多能直達，距離各公車站牌走路只要3到5分鐘。鄰近對角線大道(走路5分鐘),購物方便，若要搭乘city tour bus,也是走路10分鐘內就有站點。 週一至週五上午8:00至下午5:00有管理人員駐點，夜間及週末則沒有，但有24小時緊急聯絡電話，每七天有一次客房打掃服務。」

「I have stayed for 5 nights in Jan 2014. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It provided daily cleansing services. It is on metro line 3 and at a quiet residential area; approximately 5 to 7 mnutes' walk from the metro station. Supermarkets were just 5 minutes' walk away. One of them opened even on Sunday afternoon. The apartment provided cooking facilities. It was basic and enough for a short stay. However, it would be perfect if there were a washing machine and an oven.」
