"I was very anxious to choose the correct, peaceful hotel.... THANK GOD for all the good reviews on JS YATE because we picked the best one! Everything was astounding! Perfect. All staff were amazing...i only came across one woman at the reception one time who was not as nice as the others. one girl especialy with curly hair was the nicest. clean, relatively quiet place, lovely pool area and bar, food was top tier! The manager of the restaurant & the staff were all so kind and very professional! I kept reading that it was a place/area catered to german guests but really it was for everyone. People kept relatively quiet in the restaurant and behaved well. great night entertainment - i wish i sat there to enjoy it more. I did not like the fact that people were allowed to smoke directly outside the hotel entry doors.....nasty smell inhaling it coming in and going out. On the balcony aswell, since there was not much wind too, there was usually always a nasty mist of cigeratte smoke in the air - it should not be allowed to smoke there (although my mum would be upset about that lol) It felt like a 5 star hotel to be honest........ i would love to come back! :) I am a huge critic, but this hotel was great! Minibar was not cold enough at all..... it spoiled a drink that i bought. beds and pillows were comfortable & nice blankets. clean new rooms. first day or so i heard loud noises from above perhaps but after this, i didn't really. PERFECT HOTEL THANKYOU"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and as pictured. We loved the beach that the hotel is on, and it’s located near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Only reason I knocked it down a star was for the half board buffet. Personally the buffet was not worth the price and we didn’t use it a majority of our trip as there were better tasting options near by. Also two people on our trip are vegan and nothing at the buffet had ingredients labeled which made it difficult."

"Our room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The room was on the 3rd floor, so we had limited view of C’an Picafort and the sea, but this was not a problem for us as we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful if we needed something. The receptionists were also welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was really great, a large variety of quality foods. The only remark would be the lack of marked allergenes, an issue because one of us can’t have gluten. It would be nice to be able to pick glutenfree bread and cake without having to ask the staff. We did not use the pool area, all the sun beds had guests towels on them before breakfast. It is a nice and large pool and activity area outside the hotel, great for children."
