「早餐的服务员的服务态度相当的差劲，且对亚洲区的顾客带有明显的偏见，总体来说本次的入住体验算是糟糕」

「Good location to Marco polo airport.」

「A beautiful property in a great location to be able to get the train links through to Treviso and Venice. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend」

「As booked, this was a well located city centre hotel. The room was OK, the breakfast quite basic. However this was not a usual hotel - it resembled a University style campus lodging house or part of an office building. Judging by the other guests, more likely the former.」

「Nice and helpful staff, room was nice and clean.」

「Please spend your money somewhere else. Front desk staff was so rude and not helpful at all. We had to sleep with the front lights of the room on. There is no phone to contact front desk and we had to constantly go to the lobby for assistance. We were then told to email front desk, we sent 3 consecutive emails asking for help as we needed to sleep as we had an early flight. Never got help or a reply. When we came down to the lobby the next day and spoke to the front desk they were combative....

「It was perfect for a 2 night stay, the snack bar was a nice touch :) Room and Bathroom was nice and clean and well equiped. The supermarket is only a few minutes walk, bus stops are nearby with plenty of option.」

「Posizione molto comoda e ottima organizzazione. Struttura molto automatizzata, minimo rapporto umano, ma va bene così finchè ci si capisce. Molto ben tenuta, pulitissima e silenziosa, bagno spazioso.」

「Struttura molto comoda per i mezzi pubblici e vicina a negozi e supermercati. Zona tranquilla. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia della camera e del bagno, quest'ultimo non in suite ma ad uso esclusivo e adiacente la camera. La padrona di casa è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Ottimo punto d'appoggio a Padova. Torneremo senz'altro.」

「The location was awesome. Very close to the train station, and practically right in the center of the historic area. Modern amenities and spacious room. The staff were very kind and obliging. I didn’t rate the stay higher because it doesn’t know what it is yet. Is this a hotel, or apartment? We paid high prices for no real services. Taking out our own garbage was most definitely and apartment thing. Trouble getting hold of staff, not really having good quality room service all felt like...

「Quarto limpo, equipe simpática, muito bom. Só não gostei da localização, muito longe do centro histórico, 4 km. Como estávamos de carro , deu certo」

「STAY HERE. The host was AMAZING! He went above and beyond anything we could expect. We never wanted for anything. Everything was made available without us ever needing to ask. This man was a Godsend. So unbelievably kind. I suffered an injury that left me with little to no mobility. He picked us when we arrived with our heavy luggage and got us settled. Then he went out on his on time to rent a wheelchair so I was able to see Venice and he checked on us every day. When we left, he and his...

「位置方便離火車站很近走路就可以到」

「I had a great stay and would stay again. It is an awesome location. Beautiful view from my room. Very clean, relaxing room with a responsive host. I appreciated that they had complimentary umbrellas to borrow and it is right above my favorite Bistrot in Padua.」
