The Hotel is located in quiet area. It is not near to a shopping or commerce in a walkable way, but the Hotel offers a lot of convenience and good quality in the food and beverages.

A acomodação e atendimento realmente muito bom, porém nas duas noites em que estive no hotel o ar condicionado foi desligado a meia noite e so foi ligado novamente na manha seguinte as 9h da manha, o quarto nao acompanha ventilador e cim o calor que tem feito é inviável ficar sem ventilação!

Very run down. First look up on the drive up. Broken skylight panels, fountain not working, pavers uneven. Pool was supposed to be the best part but was closed for maintenance the whole trip. Noisy maintenance work inside and out. Showers full of mold and missing grout. Very dated fixtures. Splintered wooden cabinetry. Poorly repaired walls. blackout curtains had holes. Musty smell in the rooms. Bedding was comfortable with nice pillows. Same breakfast choices everyday- adequate quality. Poor wifi. No internet authorized on the TV... forget your hulu or firestick! Limited cable options.

Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos somente uma diária, mas foi tudo ótimo! Estávamos de passagem, viajando para um evento em Queluz e essa parada no caminho para descansar foi ótima! Em uma segunda oportunidade escolheríamos outro

Esse hotel tem uma recepção, restaurante e ambiente de piscina lindos. Temos alguns comentários sobre nossa estadia. Pegamos 2 quartos, e nos 2, os cobertores estavam extremamente mal cheirosos. Quando tiramos do saquinho de plástico, quase caímos pra trás pelo odor de mofo. Já era tarde, como estávamos muito cansados a noite, dormimos sem cobrir e pedimos substituição no outro dia. Em um dos quartos que pegamos, quando fomos dormir no primeiro dia, ao levantar o primeiro lençol, meu filho mostrou manchas de sangue no lençol de baixo. Foi substituído depois que pedi. No outro quarto, minha esposa antes de sair deixou na fechadura o pedido para não arrumar o quarto, pois estávamos com muita coisa esparramada, mesmo assim entraram e organizaram. Tudo certo quanto a isso, mas não precisava. Quando retornamos do evento que estávamos, à noite, percebemos um cheiro característico próximo à piscina. O café da manhã é bom e a cordialidade dos atendentes é incrível. Melhor coisa do hotel.

Foi maravilhoso, tudo certo,limpo, comida muito boa, café excelente, não tenho nada a reclamar,mas sim a agradecer pelo cuidado de todos, as camareiras são uns amores, super educadas, eu entrava no quarto e estava tudo limpinho, toalhas trocadas, cama arrumada, parabéns as meninas q cuidam dessa parte e parabéns ao hotel que seleciona profissionais para trabalhar com respeito e educação, tem um rapaz magrinho que atende no bar de barba, ele tbm e muito atencioso e sempre c educação e sorriso ao atender-nos
