Bom hotel, cafĆ© da manhĆ£ honesto q peca pelo apresuntado no lugar do presunto e por nĆ£o ter suco de laranja. Os outros itens sĆ£o de boa qualidade. O restaurante do hotel Ć© ok e os garƧons muito atenciosos. A garagem Ć© boa. Na recepĆ§Ć£o tive uma Ć³tima experiĆŖncia no check in e um atendimento constrangedor e estressante na saĆ­da. O hotel nĆ£o registrou a diĆ”ria que pagamos via 'hotel.com'. Um rapaz mal educado, mal informado e grosseiro queria que eu pagasse novamente uma diĆ”ria, apesar de eu lhe mostrar os descontos no extrato do cartĆ£o de crĆ©dito. Foram 15 min de constrangimentos atĆ© que um gerente viesse com a soluĆ§Ć£o.

Uma moƧa muito educada me recepcionou, uma simpatia, mais me colocaram num quarto no 5 andar q aparecia q tinha uma escola de samba tocando exclusivamente pra mim, n deu pra dormir a noite, me senti o Rei Momo do Carnaval as duas vezes q levantei pra fazer algo pra fechar a janela. E o cafĆ© q comeƧa a ser servido as 6 da manhĆ£ jĆ” tinha q estar com tudo pra gente poder desfrutar, mais nĆ£o, deu 7 da manhĆ£, o molho de salchicha e os ovos mexidos nem apareceu, tive q ir embora. Boa Ć”rea de lazer, pena que meu tempo foi curto.

Hotel tem boa localizaĆ§Ć£o e Ć© antigo, contudo, por ser antigo merece conservaĆ§Ć£o. Os aparelhos de ginĆ”stica estĆ£o abandonados sem condiƧƵes de uso. Tentei fazer musculaĆ§Ć£o mas, nĆ£o consegui. NĆ£o hĆ” cuidado com a limpeza no 7Āŗ andar Ć  exceĆ§Ć£o do restaurante, ambientes sujos e mal cuidados. As toalhas de banho com o tempo tĆŖm que ser trocadas. A toalha disponibilizada na sauna era melhor do que se encontrava no quarto. Corredores merecem uma maior atenĆ§Ć£o na limpeza e iluminaĆ§Ć£o, com timer. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ bom, funcionĆ”rias atenciosas. Cortinas merecerem ser lavadas. Colcha da cama jĆ” bem gasta, merece troca.

Baixo custo-benefĆ­cio

O hotel realmente deixa a desejar em alguns quesitos. A estrutura em geral Ć© boa, funcionĆ”rios educados e o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© Ć³timo. PorĆ©m, os quartos que nĆ£o contam com ar-condicionado nĆ£o tĆŖm sequer um ventilador. AlĆ©m disso, hĆ” muito barulho, pois o hotel fica Ć  beira da rodovia Dutra. O estacionamento tambĆ©m Ć© limitado, tive que sair durante a noite e quando voltei simplesmente nĆ£o tinha vaga pra deixar o carro. A recepĆ§Ć£o se limitou a informar que eu poderia deixar o carro na rua ao lado. Por falar em recepĆ§Ć£o, quando cheguei em determinado horĆ”rio da noite, ela estava simplesmente fechada. Fiquei cerca de 20 minutos esperando alguĆ©m vir atender, absurdo. Enfim, o custo-benefĆ­cio nĆ£o compensa, tem hotĆ©is muito melhores na regiĆ£o e com o preƧo mais em conta.

Foi necessĆ”rio mudanƧa de quarto, pois o quarto inicial estava com um problema de barulho, foi identificado na primeira noite, fomos trocados de quarto para um quarto inferior devido a lotaĆ§Ć£o, na no outro dia foi disponibilizado um quarto compatĆ­vel com o primeiro, apesar desse desconforto, todos os funcionĆ”rios foram muito solĆ­citos, educaĆ§Ć£o e atenĆ§Ć£o total, tentando resolver o caso mais rĆ”pido possĆ­vel.

Decepcionante

Decpcionante, hotel se vende spa e convention, paguei mais caro que outras melhores opƧƵes em Taubate para ter mais conforto porĆ©m foi frustante. O restaurante do hotel tem poucas opƧƵes e decidi pedir um delivery, afinal eu posso comer o que eu gostar, porĆ©m quiseram me cobrar R$ 15,00 para usar o prato e talher, achei um absurdo isso pois nĆ£o estava hospedado no restaurante e sim no hotel, e o minimo de conforto Ć© disponibilzar quando necessario. Frigobar vazio, ar antigo, para conectar o notebook precisa desligar a tv da tomada por falta, cobertores nao estavam lacrados o que da impressao de guardarem usados. Na piscina varias placas para consumacao tem que ser exclusiva do restaurante, desnecessario. A impressao que fica que o restaurante sky deck tem soberania acima do hotel, o que prejudica bastante o conforto dos hospedes, lamentavel nao recomendo e nao volto.

Hotel sujo. Chuveiro mofado. Ar condicionado quebrado. FuncionĆ”rios sem vontade nenhuma de atender bem. NĆ£o acredite nas boas avaliaƧƵes, eu fiz isso, escolhi esse hotel e me arrependi muito.
