The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I was able to explore the area easily and enjoy all that it had to offer. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need for a relaxing stay. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, from providing recommendations for things to do in the area to making sure that all of my needs were met.

I booked a superior room and according to the description it was supposed to be air conditioned. My room had no air conditioner. The rooms in the back of the street are very noise due to cars parking in the streets. Room 314 is right next to the housekeeping break room, they start talking at 7:30 am. By 8:00 the are in the hallways with their walkie-talkie on max. The hotel is very old but charming. Doors are not really sound proof. Had to sleep with my window open because the room was very hot. When asked for a room with air conditioner, front desk informed me that superior rooms have no air conditioner. Judge by yourself and see the description. Be aware. Also, house keeping don’t respect the “do not disturb “ sign. Check in is at 12:00 and they opened the door at 11:00 with the sign on the door.

Otima localização - Recomendo

Já estivemos hospedados nesse hotel no minimo umas 04 vezes! Otima localização, perto do centrinho do Capivari. Quartos grandes! Funcionários atenciosos! Excelente café da manhã. Só um ponto negativo: solicitei um quarto sem banheiro, porém não fomos atendidos. Recomendo o hotel!

Hotel com boa localização!

O hotel é antigo, mas é bonito e bem conservado! Para quem tem alergia, cuidado...o piso do quarto q fiquei era carpete. Infelizmente tive que antecipar minha hospedagem, perdendo uma diária, ainda tentei ver se poderia utilizar em outra ocasião, mas infelizmente não consegui... Os recepcionistas são bem educados! O café da manhã só é servido a partir das 08 h. Tem uma certa variedade, mas não gostei. O suco de laranja no domingo parecia industrializado. Não achei qualidade nos itens.. A localização é boa, fica bem na Vila Capivari, dá p fazer td sem tirar o carro do estacionamento. Porém acho que a diária está muito cara pelo q é oferecido. Existem outros hotéis e pousadas próximos que possuem valores mais acessíveis.

ÓTIMO HOTEL E LOCALIZAÇÃO

Um hotel encantador em Campos do Jordão, o café da manhã é muito bom e com uma linda vista sob a varanda. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos e o quarto estava muito limpo, organizado e aconchegante. E o melhor é a localização, a poucos minutos a pé da rua central da cidade.

Poderia ser melhor

Hotel muito bem localizado, mas só. Equipe só faz o que tem que fazer e não é muito gentil, estrutura charmosa, mas tudo muito antigo e defasado, quarto sem ar-condicionado e como tem carpet antigo, muito cheiro de chulé. Pontos de ferrugem e mofo no banheiro.

Bem localizado e com um bom café da manhã, mas fica em uma rua com movimento e os quartos não possuem tratamento acústico, o que atrapalha o sono. Além disso existe uma quadra de tênis em frente que proporciona barulho logo pela manhã bem cedo. Não é um lugar para descanso.

Infelizmente a estadia foi apenas razoável O atendimento da equipe excelente, café da manhã muito bom. Mas o apartamento deixou a desejar demais. Cama muito ruim, desconfortável. Torneira da pia do banheiro vazando. Vazamento na ducha/chuveiro, e pouca água saindo da ducha com jatos dispersos. Isolamento acústico não existe, nem de fora da para dentro , nem entre os apartamentos.

A Quaint Classical Hotel in Campos do Jordão

This Hotel is a gorgeous classical style hotel located right next to the tourist area in Campos do Jordão. They have plenty of parking, the rooms are big and clean and spacious, and the staff is really nice and friendly. Many areas to sit and lounge and enjoy in the hotel, and the breakfast was excellent, varies, and super delicious! The Torta do Arum was amazing! I loved this hotel and stayed several nights and it was very affordable!

Hotel impecável: do atendimento, à beleza dos ambientes e conforto do quarto (com aquecimento). Café da manhã maravilhoso e restaurante também. Muito próximo aos principais pontos de Capivari e Parque do Morto do Elefante (foi possível ir a pé). Recomendo muito!!!

Hotel aconchegante, muito bem localizado em Capivari a pouca distância das ruas movimentadas. Bom café da manhã. Todos os funcionários muito educados. O meu quarto não foi o melhor, porque a coifa da cozinha fica perto da janela, não dava para deixar aberta porque o cheiro de comida entrava, além disso, é o único quarto daquela ala sem varanda (214).

Hotel bem antigo

Hotel muito antigo, o banheiro é muito ruim, o acesso ao chuveiro é através de uma escada , para entrar na banheira minúscula, sem quase nada de ventilação, e um chuveiro muito ruim. Quarto pequeno, antigo e muito ruim!
