O hotel estava tudo em ordem, funcionando bem, mas como sugestão, poderiam colocar un cesto de lixo nos quartos, para não misturar os lixos do banheiro com outros, principalmentede alimentos; outro detalhe que acredito que seria um diferencial era colocar um filtro daqueles conectados direto na tubulaçãode água, para que pudéssemos ter acesso a água, sem termos que gastar com a compra de água; e os responsáveis do hotel, em conjuntos com os demais responsáveis, precisam urgente melhorar a estrada que dá acesso aos hotéis ali; carro de passeio apresenta mta dificuldade em passar na estrada da forma que está;l. O hotel é muito antigo com uma má estrutura, o quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte e o banheiro tinha o aspecto sujo e encardido, o café da manhã não era agradável. A Piscina estava muito suja e os quartos não tinham água quente, parecia que o hotel ficou umas duas semanas fechado antes de nós receber. A única coisa que salvou foi a equeipe, muito atenciosa e após conversa com o Léo ele conseguiu nos transferir para o hotel terraza, que mesmo sendo do mesmo grupo não se compara ao hotel refugio alpino, é antigo mas muito bem conservado, foi aí que nossa viagem ficou agradável de fato.

O hotel estilo colonial, percebe-se que tem um bom tempo de existência pela sua arquitetura. Mas não deixa nada a desejar em limpeza e cordialidade por parte dos funcionários. Um ótimo café da manhã e um chá da tarde de cortesia que é de uma gentileza ímpar. Bem localizado. Ótimo custo benefício!

Amei a estadia. Fiz uma amizade inesquecível e desejo voltar muito por ela: Nara! Uma gata negra hiper carinhosa qe dormiu na minha cama uma noite inteira. O café da manhã que deveria ser um pouco mais variado. Faltou variedade em sucos a fruta. No mais, voltarei sempre que puder.

Hotel está precisando de reforma urgente! Quarto com piso manchado, banheiro com os rejuntes precário. Café ok,mas com pouca variedade. Não aproveitanos o café da tarde ofertado, pois é em outro hotel da rede. Outro ponto a destacar é que os quartos não possuem isolamento acústico, tendo em vista que nosso quarto foi próximo a escada ouvimos barulho o tempo todo,além das conversas dos quartos vizinhos. O ponto positivo foi recepcionista Marcos foi muito cordial e solicito.
