Acho que precisa melhora alimentação, não tem conzinha própria tudo congelado, não tem saquinho para pega caça, passeios com cachorro eu não vi pontos de coleta de coco, falta esses pontos de resto ok

O hotel em si é antigo, a portaria muito pequena, não espere um saguão, se estiver chovendo vc terá que esperar no carro. Acredito que precisava ser modernizado, estavam em obras na semana que estive, os jardins são bem cuidados, mas falta manutenção em muitos serviços oferecidos no site tipo, por exemplo, o lago sem pedalinho e com um quiosque bem abandonado com poltronas que não me atrevi a sentar de tão sujas e velhas, a piscina com muitos pontos a melhorar, pois é pequeno o espaço e o bar não funcionou na semana que fiquei, não sei se é só aos finais de semana... As jacuzzis ( pagas e mediante a reserva) banheiros, e outros espaços deixam a desejar... Funcionários bem educados, café da manhã bom. Os chalés são bem silenciosos não fosse a reforma que estavam fazendo , que as 7 da manhã já começavam a bater. Limpeza todos os dias, ponto muito bom. No quarto não gostei do colchão e a cama pequena , fresta da porta precisei por toalha pra não entrar o vento por baixo ( imagino no inverno) mas, pelo menos tinha um aparelho pra aquecer. A queda de água do box não era boa e já tinha umidade grande na parede e piso ao lado da cama, o que causava sensação ruim, parede fria . No geral, pela promoção da estadia eu voltaria, mesmo tendo que usar o carro pra tudo, não dá pra ir a pé. Usamos Ifood e foi de boa TB, muito rápido.

Razoavel, fizemos o check- in as 22:00 e nao percebamos, faltou papel hogienico, o funcionario da recepção informou que nao poderia fornecer porque nao poderia deixar a recepção e levaria depois de 30 minutos (isso as 06:00 hs da manha)fui da recepção e me forneceram umas 10 folhas picotadas, as meninas da faxina nos informaram que estao em falta papel e tolhas de banho (lavadas), me parece falta de administração

Hotel fica bem localizado e tem dois versas atrações, porém deixou a desejar em sua organização. No quarto só tinha tomada e abajur de um dos lados, a tomada e o abajur da cabeceira da cama que tinha não funcionava. Reclamei mas não resolveram o meu problema. Pedi também o cartão de não perturbe para colocar na porta, falaram que iam me levar no quarto mas até o momento do check out não recebi

Foi uma estadia nota 8, o salao do cafe da manhã é pequeno, foi desconfortavel ficar aguardando a resposição de alimentos, excesso de hóspedes, também não podemos utlizar o pedalinho vazão de agua baixa, no restante tudo muito bom.
