Muito agradável, principalmente no atendimento do bar e do restaurante durante o café da manhã. Somente a pia do banheiro do quarto que estava solta, mas que consegui ajustar com as mãos. Voltaria tranquilamente.

O hotel é bom, atendimento, tamanho dos quartos , restaurante. Porem, o colchao é terrivel. Travesseiro Tb horrivel. Fiquei.no 310. Tem tudo.para ser um excelente hotel, mas colchao ruim, ja era. Atencao a isso.

Boa estadoa

Estadia como sempre boa gosto muito do ecomapps , só q dessa vez deixou algumas coisas a desejar, tinha funcionários jogos na lanchonete e o mesmo no ficava no celular e deixa as mesas onde hóspedes tinham acabado de comer e se retiravam as mesas ficam cheias de pratos e comidas e o mesmo não recolhia bem como o chão próximo as mesas estavas todos sujos e o mesmo não passava uma vassoura, anotava coisas errada na comanda, café da manhã fiquei esperando quase 45 minutos p café ficar pronto pq tinha acabado e p repor tive q falar q estava esperando eles repor e só assim foi buscar e colocar na máquina, as mesas cheia e ficavam só batendo papo não tiravam , assim q entramos no quarto qdo xhegamos e descarregamos as malas fui ao banheiro e tinha uma barata morta debaixo da pia reclamei na recepção p q a higienização fosse limpar e não foi ngm. Tirando esses casos q nunca presenciei no ecomapps de resto amo esse lugar só espero q a gerência reveja esses pontos q nunca passei por eles no hotel

Um bom hotel, bem localizado e bem decorado

Um bom hotel, bem localizado, próximo ao Porto Itaguaçu (5 minutos a pé) e nem decorado com o tema carros. Há vários ambientes instagramaveis, a piscina de hidro é a caçamba de um caminhão. Muito criativo . O quarto é espaçoso. O ar condicionado demora a gelar mas a noite, para dormir, dá conta. Durante o dia não dá vazão do quarto. A limpeza eu achei mediana. A toalha tinha cheiro de lavada mas tinha manchas. Ainda tive uma questão de compreensão sobre minha reserva. Fiz a reserva pelo site para pagar no hotel. Achei que pagaria na chegada, o recepcionista disse pra deixar para o check out. Informei que havia feito 2 reservas de um dia, em vez de uma de dois dias. O recepcionista disse que estava tudo ok. Saímos no segundo dia e deixamos a placa solicitando limpeza do quarto. Voltamos e nosso quarto não estava limpo. Encontramos o recepcionista que estava confuso sobre a duração de nossa estadia. Relembrei sobre a segunda diária. Ele disse que estava tudo ok. Fomos descansar e recebemos a ligação do recepcionista, solicitando que fossemos a recepção, mais de 9 da noite. Descemos e acertamos.
