A acomodação foi boa, já tinha hospedado no hotel 02/24 e foi surreal, muito bom. Outra vez hospedei na data 05/25 mas alguns pontos a se falar que seria a iluminação do quarto que é fraca e a limpeza que faltou trocar as toalhas (não me recordo se havia algum aviso de “para trocar as toalhas deve deixar em um lugar “x””). Mas tirando isso foi tudo perfeito, acomodação, café da manhã, estacionamento…

The property is unique, the room was very clean, the breakfast was good with an assortment of breads, cakes, fruits, all types of hot drinks and some hot foods. It was a nice stay!

Excelente, só tenho uma observação. Fiquei num quarto no edifício anexo. E na hora que saímos para jantar no hotel tivemos que ir na chuva pois não tem cobertura até lá. Mas de resto é tudo excelente. Voltarei com certeza

Ponto mais alto de campos do Jordão

Lugar maravilhoso vale a pena a estadia, mas com um pequeno detalhe a tv só funciona 3 canais. Mas o conforto, beleza e deslocam super maravilhoso, essa foi minha segunda viagem! E valeu muito a pena

O hotel é legal, masss é fedido pq é um castelo antigo, tem aquele cheirinho clássico de madeira velha Tem vários cômodos pra explorar, a piscina e aquecida! E se vc quer ficar perto da cidade ali não é local ideal Atendimento ótimo Dica, não pegue quarto no castelo pq é antigo, o anexo e melhor pq foi construído depois
