Pelo preço, quebra um galho.

Quarto OK Equipe de funcionários: Esforçados Problemas: No 7o andar não funcionava bem o Wifi. A recepção me ajudou conseguindo um quarto no 2o andar e aí tudo deu certo. Mas levou tempo para conseguir. Tentaram me convencer a trabalhar na recepção mas não paguei uma diária para trabalhar fora do quarto... aí eu ficava em um café. 1 elevador não funcionava e o que funcionava... foi o pior que já vi. Inclusive, deu problema também. Tive que subir 7 lances de escada a pé mais de uma vez.

Atende da noite PÉSSIMO um branco cabelo curto com poucos cachos! Limpeza péssima estava tudo cheio de poeira, cama PÉSSIMA deita vai lá em baixo de tão mole , banheiro péssimo não consegui tomar banho chuveiro ia água pra todo lado menos em mim, chamei alguém pra ver ele disse que não podia mudar o chuveiro, tinha que ir tomar banho na casa de amigos, água quente não existia no meu banheiro, toalhas sujas cortinas sujas,academia não existe era melhor eles tirarem do site fui treinar tudo quebrado e PODRE DE SUJO! Hotel péssimo não sei como tem bons comentários. Não indico a meus amigos alemães

Café simples, por bom ! Chuveiro e cama boa. Instalações do quarto ruim, antiga , sem manutenção, piso de madeira proximo a entrada e em frente ao banheiro levantado , possivelmente devido ao vazamento de água no banhero que alagava o mesmo. Escolhi esse hotel com base no Carlton de Taubate que era maravilhido, porém esse de Sao Jose é muito diferente, não gostei do quarto.

BOA OPÇÃO!

O hotel é uma excelente opção para quem vai pernoitar. Boa cama, bom chuveiro, bom café da manhã, tem dois estacionamentos. Toda a equipe é muito atenciosa. O hotel precisa apenas de melhor manutenção, mas não prejudica a estadia.De carro, esta a 5 minutos de um excelente shoppping.

Hotel ok, de passagem

Passamos uma noite no hotel, para descansar no meio da viagem. A pessoa da recepção não foi muito atenciosa e não pediu o documento da minha filha menor de idade, o que é obrigatório por lei! Achamos um absurdo. O quarto é ok, bem limpo, mas a cortina black-out não cobria toda a janela, estava "curta" dos lados e uma das lâmpadas ficou com um pouco de luz durante a noite toda (talvez um problema elétrico). Dava para ouvir a TV de um quarto vizinho, isolamento acústico não é dos melhores. O café da manhã foi ok, sem grandes coisas. É um hotel de passagem, não recomendo uma longa estadia.

Os funcionários mal educados e sisudos todo o tempo, nao fazem questão de tratar bem. Não atendem o 9 na recepção. Impressionante! Deixei reclamação no livro e não tive nenhum retorno. Tentei contato com o gerente e não consegui. O restaurante fechou 20 minutos antes na sexta-feira e a dona destratou vários hospedes que queriam jantar. Assustador! Não recomendo!

Ao chegarmos nos deram um quarto que nem lençol na cama tinha, aí fomos para um outro quarto, apesar do calor, tivemos que desligar o ar condicionado pois tamanho barulho que ele fazia. A colcha da cama parecia q tinha tempo que não era lavada. O cobertor tinha cheiro de perfume. Realmente não gostei. E olha que fui exatamente para este hotel em função da nota geral dele.
