Os funcionários mal educados e sisudos todo o tempo, nao fazem questão de tratar bem. Não atendem o 9 na recepção. Impressionante! Deixei reclamação no livro e não tive nenhum retorno. Tentei contato com o gerente e não consegui. O restaurante fechou 20 minutos antes na sexta-feira e a dona destratou vários hospedes que queriam jantar. Assustador! Não recomendo!

Ao chegarmos nos deram um quarto que nem lençol na cama tinha, aí fomos para um outro quarto, apesar do calor, tivemos que desligar o ar condicionado pois tamanho barulho que ele fazia. A colcha da cama parecia q tinha tempo que não era lavada. O cobertor tinha cheiro de perfume. Realmente não gostei. E olha que fui exatamente para este hotel em função da nota geral dele.

O hotel tem um hall bonito e limpo. Check-in fácil de realizar, checkout idem. Garagem foi onde tivemos nosso maior transtorno, poucas vagas, difíceis de estacionar e mesmo tendo dificuldade de locomoção fomos obrigados a retirar o carro da vaga porque o funcionário alegou que somente deficiente físico com placa podia estacionar ali (e quem tem dificuldade de locomoção por obesidade, como fica)? Ainda fomos informados que deixaram um carro sem placa informando da necessidade especial e outro hóspede quebrou o vidro do carro de outro alguém lá. Por medo, afinal nosso carro é caro e não iríamos deixá-lo na rua, colocamos o carro em um outro lugar que dificultou muito nossa entrada e saída. Outra questão foi não ser avisado o momento da limpeza ir lá, saímos e quando voltamos estava tudo mexido, entraram , “arrumaram” numa saída rápida que fizemos no entorno do próprio hotel. Não achamos a plaquinha de “não perturbe” e isso se estendeu pra momentos de repouso em que a camareira batia na porta e tínhamos que avisar que estávamos dormindo.

Necessita de reformas

O atendimento foi muito bom. Entretanto, o quarto precisa passar por reformas. Acabamos não continuando no hotel pela insatisfação com os problemas do quarto e pela ausência de limpeza. O hotel tem uma estrutura boa, pena que está mal cuidado.
