A beautiful spot to spend the week! Belvedere staff were kind enough to upgrade our room, which gave us a great room with a truly fabulous view of the sea and nearby mountains. Super convenient location, parking tricky but available (particularly on the side street closest to the hotel front), and the town couldn’t be sweeter. A great place to visit, and we will definitely stay here again!

Owner is mentally a toddler

The staff working for the hotel is amazing, they maintain it well, they are helpful however the owner is a jerk. When I was checking in an employee from Bangladesh kindly helped with door as I’m carrying bags and a baby. They took forever to take payment about an hour for the first day so next day I paid online fully. So literally coming out from the elevator with bags and baby in my arms and the guy shows up no hi no nothing and saying I’m the owner so give me the keys. Ok well I have two more hours to check out and wanted to load bags first and have a coffee downstairs. But we’ll have him keys then just like that in the corridor he says you owe me a tax 4 euro. Well first of all tax is 2.5 euro they wrote it out on the first day on the piece of paper, kids under 12 are not having tax, second because they had issues with their machine working on day one I asked to put everything together and paid through card in case machine won’t work again. I have a receipt and a paper the employee gave. I’m while holding the baby and bags trying to pull that out for him and he is like oh that’s ok. Not holding the door, nothing. Man can’t own a business if he has no idea about basic hospitality, like luggage, holding doors and saying hi, how was your stay… I can imagine his wife carrying kids and groceries and he would be walking nearby asking her as well to pay for his new video game… child man not a man.

Excellent Service very helpful!!

The 2 gentlemen that run the B&B were so friendly and helpful, I can't recommend this place enough for service and just a pleasant all round stay. Its a little outside Cefalu but not a problem if you have a car and it is less than a 10 minute drive to the waterpark Acqua Verde, which is excellent for small children and families.

This place is advertised as a BandB but there is no breakfast included. We did receive a voucher for a local coffee shop but the owner considered it a gift and not part of the package. The check in system is not working properly; gives repeatedly a wrong code for an automatic check in. Eventually instead of getting codes form the system the owner had to call us. Place has a spectacular view but is not close to anything interesting.

This is the 4th stay at this B&B. I return because the staff is friendly and the rooms are dead quiet. There is an Italian restaurant next door and you also receive a morning chocolate croissant and cafe every morning. There rate is great and has a spectacular view of the Mediterranean. David, one of the family members of the B&D speaks English so if you call he can help.

The directions associated with the booking are inaccurate, creating confusion and making getting there a longer process. We were forwarded more accurate directions but it was after being taken to the wrong place. The correct directions should be attached and sent prior to the day of check in. There was nobody there to greet us or orient us to anything. We had to figure out the parking ourselves and walked into a room that was clean but seemed to not have a working fridge or air conditioner. We were sent the correct code to get in with and a key was left on a table for access to the apartment. That was our “check in” experience. There was no toilet paper. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never had that happen. There’s a leak of sorts in the bathroom sink so that the drawer below has mold on it. It’s August and hot so the smell was overwhelming when walking in. The view from the terrace is beautiful but we’re 4 people and there were only 3 chairs!

Struttura nuova e pulita situata in un punto strategico, in quanto ti consente di raggiungere e visitare i luoghi più famosi (Cefalù, Gangi, Santo Stefano di Camastra...) Très belle situation avec vue panoramique.

Appartement avec une superbe vue. Balcon au dernier étage avec un panorama à 180° Service accueil inexistant mais une enveloppe était prête avec les clés et les instructions (mail reçu en amont avec code d'accès). Petit déjeuner prévu dan un bar tabac à 50m. Super petit restaurant au bas de l'immeuble pour prendre l'aoeritivo et admirer le coucher de soleil. Équipement parfait hormis la climatisation qui avait un peu de mal à suivre avec les fortes chaleurs.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel B&B Belevedere de Campofelice di Rocella s'est très bien déroulé. Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche soir, et les documents dont nous avions besoin nous avaient été préparés. Linda nous a accueilli également. Le lendemain nous avons rencontré Davide à la réception qui a été très serviable, il nous a offert de nous installer dans une chambre avec une vue superbe sur la mer. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner au Bar le Prosit en dessous, et nous recommandons le restaurant du même nom: cuisine typique sicilienne. Demandez les plats du jour qui ne figurent pas au menu. ils sont excellents. Le lieu est à recommander aux voyageurs. L'accueil et le service sont de qualité.

De kamer was superschoon en netjes! Aardige mensen! Het ontbijt is wat simpel maar prima, 1 croissant, wat crackers met als beleg jam en een kopje koffie. Wij zaten op de eerste verdieping en het was wel wat gehorig.
