Maravilhoso Hotel Fazenda, limpeza top, atendimento de qualidade, me sinto em casa, comida sempre de qualidade e sabor. Quarto com arcondicionado confortavel, boa cama e chuveiro. Passeio na fazenda, de cavalo, de charrete. Piscina aquecida maravilhosa, sauna seca não esquenta muito e tem que pedir para ligar com antecendencia.

Acolhedor, relaxante e divertido

Tudo funcionou bem. Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Os funcionários da recreação são muito divertidos, o que tornou a nossa estadia muito melhor. Todas as refeições estavam muito gostosas. A pensão completa é ótima pra aproveitar estas comidas.

O Hotel no geral eh bem simples, super imerso na natureza. Tem piscina climatizada. A parte que mais desagradou foi a piscina coberta, pois eh bem abandonada, o chao nao eh muito limpo, as portas do banheiro quebrada, o bar desativado, uma pena.

Eu achei linda as paisagens lugar bonito mais com alguns pontos a melhorar a recepção do lugar é incrível pessoas educadas atenciosas a garçonete que tinha o mesmo nome que eu pessoa incrível mais achei que alguns pontos ficou a desejar primeiro a multa por pendurar roupas na varanda o lugar tem piscina a gente precisa colocar a roupa pra secar a moça disse pra colocar no banheiro não tem como banheiro úmido não seca em todos hoteis fazenda que fui tinha até varal de chão pra por na varanda e quando a gente esquecia ate as moças da limpeza colocava o varal na varanda, acho isso uma coisa sem noção por se tá todo mundo de roupa de banho la fora na piscina qual problema de secar as roupas na varanda,outro ponto a comida na maioria das vezes tava fria devia ter um micro-ondas a disposição dos hóspedes pra esquentar nos outros hotéis sempre tinha e outra coisa que minhas filhas sentiram falta a sanduicheira pra fazer pão na chapa elas sempre fizeram nos outros hoteis, fora isso pra que não gosta muito de subida é um lugar de bastante subida pros quartos eu fiquei de boa meu marido não gostou achou muito cansativo, mais minhas filhas adorou os tios as tias os passeios a cavalo 🐎 a charrete tiroleza piscina fria piscina aquecida muito bom parabéns pelo lugar

Ótimo, com algumas observações.

Gostei, todas as refeições excelentes!! Atendimento de toda equipe impecável, porém os lençóis e edredons estavam amarelados, e o quarto estava com cheiro de abafado, o colchão não e muito confortável, algumas atrações poderiam ser inclusas na estadia… mas no geral foi bastante agradável a hospedagem.

Lugar muito lindo, excelente para criancas.Porém nao indico para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção, espaco íngreme e com paralelepípedo, escorrega se chover. Tenho que dar nota 1 milhão ao atendimento das meninas do restaurante, pro pessoal da recreação e da recepção. Por ser mato tem bastante bichinho, leve repelente e inseticida. Piscinas otimas.

É o terceiro ano seguido que me hospedo no Village Montana, e a experiência é muito agradável. Para quem busca um momento de tranquilidade em meio a natureza é o destino ideal. Simplicidade pra se desligar, comida gostosa e caseira, deck com visão para as montanhas, e dos quartos a mesma visão de animais e de um lago. Funcinários receptivos, alegres, e interagindo com bom humor. O check in foi rápido, e já havia sido antecipado no dia anterior.

Dias de descanso e natureza

É meu segundo ano na Village Montana, e novamente comemorando o aniversário da minha vó. Ela fez 90 anos e adora o espaço, que é cercado pela natureza, plantações, lago e promove uma sensação incrível de bem-estar. A equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa, as refeições simples, porém adequadas a proposta do local e saborosas. Café da manhã com frutas, iogurte, diversidade de pães e bolos, frios, e ovos mexidos. O sistema pensão completo é um facilitador que permite descansar e só aproveitar as comodidades. Nessa estadia, tenho apenas um ponto negativo a mencionar. Antes de efetivar a reserva, eu liguei e perguntei sobre quarto próximo a área de restaurante e piscina (que já tínhamos ficado no ano anterior). A pessoa que me atendeu garantiu que sim, que estava disponível e que ficaríamos nesse. Meu pedido foi para facilitar a mobilidade da minha vó, já que o terreno tem subidas e descidas e as ruas são de pedra. No check in, nos informaram que ficaríamos no quarto totalmente oposto. A movimentação interna de ir fazer as refeições, usar área de lazer, e descansar no quarto fiz de carro com ela já que ficamos distante. Não atrapalhou, mas foi negativo afirmarem uma coisa e presencialmente não considerarem meu pedido de troca.
