Bom para uma estadia curta

Simples e bom no geral. Mas... Apesar de aceitar animaizinhos de estimação, não têm estrutura para tal. Eles precisariam ficar presos no quarto, o que não é nada legal. Ficamos aliviados de não levar nosso cachorrinho. Não usamos a piscina por constrangimento. Muitos homens bebendo e conversando ao redor da piscina durante os dias que ficamos.

A viagem foi em família, gostamos muito do ambiente bem acolhedor, fomos muito bem atendido na recepção, foram muito cordiais, embora o hotel não ofereça almoço e jantar, os comércios são muito próximos, a cidade é excelente para um passeio noturno no parque, principalmente porque tinha a feirinha noturna, quando chegamos o quarto estava muito limpinho ainda com um perfume maravilhoso, é claro o ambiente é bem simples e tem mais estilo de pousada do que hotel, mas ficamos muito satisfeito, alguns pontos acho que podem ser melhorados, como um espelho cumprido no quarto (que para mulher é primordial), o papel higiênico a qualidade é ruim para quem está acostumada com folha dupla. A TV do quarto é muito pequena poderia ser um pouco maior. O ambiente do café é pequeno então acho que em breve terão que aumentar pois dependendo da quantidade de pessoas o espaço não comporta. O colchão de casal é de mola e as vezes conforme se deita dá a impressão que afunda, que a mola vai pular para fora, em algumas partes dava a impressão de estar quebrada. Mas como eu disse a família no geral ficou contente.

Indignação Total.

As dependências do quart o estavam sujas e com muita poeira, O lençol está sujo, nos trocaram de quarto e neste novo quarto a janela estava com a trava quebrada tivemos que confiar em uma madeira p fechar a janela e confiar que isso iria ser suficiente para nos sentirmos mais seguro. A piscina estava suja quem estava limpando eram os hospedes, um despreparo total é absurdo. Resolvemos fazer um churrasco quando fomos os informar tinha que pagar uma taxa de mais 40 reais, Tá certo isso produção? Eu e minha mulher nos sentimos enganados, e se possível queremos ser ressarcido pelo transtorno que passamos.

Uma boa opção em Itupeva

O hotel foi uma grata surpresa. Limpo, aconchegante, silencioso e receptivo. O WI-Fi funciona muito bem. A TV chamou a atenção, pela quantidade de canais. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito gostoso e bem variado. Voltaríamos com certeza.
