As pessoas da recepção foram gentis no atendimento, foram as únicas pessoas que tivemos contato. Chegamos e não nos ajudaram com as malas, nós perguntamos se tinha algum carrinho e se poderíamos usar. Tínhamos um evento, estavamos arrumados com roupas de festas e caiu uma tempestade na hora que estávamos para sair do hotel e ir até o carro, achei eles sem proatividade de oferecer uma sombrinha ou coisas do tipo, ficaram olhando sem nenhuma ação para nos ajudar. (Expressando apenas minha opinião diante do que eu considero uma boa recepção de hotel). O quarto estava limpo, porém era possível ouvir pessoas tomando banho, ouvindo músicas, conversando e utilizando o banheiro. A porta do box não fechava, o banheiro ficou todo molhado, dificultando a utilização do vaso sanitário sem molhar o "pé". O café da manhã estava gostoso. Em frente ao hotel tem o Shopping Limeira, possibilitando ir a pé, apenas atravessando a rua e uma churrascaria bem ao lado. Não ouvimos barulhos da rua.

Quando nós hospedamos estavam em manutenção e por isso barulho de máquinas. Mas esse incomodo o local é muito bem localizado, fácil de estacionar, com um bom café da manhã e quarto confortável. O atendimento pode ser melhor. No geral, recomendo e voltaria.

Hotel Bem localizado, próximo a Shopping, restaurante e posto de gasolina, atendimento rápido e eficiente, limpeza excelente. As únicas observações e a questão da porta do banheiro que é antiga e o isolamento do corredor para o quarto não é muito bom. No mais atendeu bem nossas expectativas.

Quarto excelente, com chuveiro quente e frio. Hotel em ótima localização, com ruas muito tranquilas para andar a pé. Bem na frente tem um shopping e do lado tem várias churrascarias. O café da manhã atende bem as necessidades. Gostei bastante e se for em Limeira novamente, ficarei nele!

PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA QUE JÁ TIVE !

Minha experiência neste hotel foi lamentável. A noite inteira não tive condições de ter 1h de bom sono de tamanho barulho. Foram conversas e alto tom, portas batendo e trânsito de pessoas o qual a acústica não favoreceu em absolutamente nada. Entre 10h da manhã tive a mais desagradável surpresa. Estava deitado sem roupa quando tive o quarto invadido pela limpeza, sendo que a minha estadia seria somente de uma diária e Check-out ao meio dia. No mesmo momento liguei na recepção e por várias vezes e para minha surpresa não fui atendido. Finalizei minha diaria antes do prazo para informar todo o ocorrido. Não havia gerente naquele momento e disseram que ao decorrer da semana seguinte entrariam em contato para uma tratativa. E até hoje não tive retorno algum. Me sinto lesado ! Invadido ! Totalmente decepcionado com tamanho desrespeito e falta de comprometimento, profissionalismo e ética.
