Brinquedoteca em condições muito ruins. Ainda que a construção de outra esteja em andamento, o hospede, quando decide e investe em uma opção, busca encontrar ambientes ideais, limpos e com estrutura adequada para aquele momento. Ainda mais em um mês com temperaturas mais baixas, em que não é possivel utilizar as piscinas externas. Além disso, o hotel estava com pouca ocupação, acredito que por isso alguns serviços não estavam completos como deveriam (como alimentação).

A estadia foi incrível, recreação animada e atividades deixaram as crianças entretidas durante todo o dia. Atenção para alimentação: no inicio tava mais devagar, com arroz duro e feijoada sem sal, mas o jantar do sábado e almoço do domingo subiram o nível e apontam que a cozinha é muito capaz.

Gostei muito do hotel! Já quero voltar. É maravilhoso!! Culinária excelente, limpeza ótima. Gostei muito mesmo. Só a piscina fechada que podia ser mais quentinha. Ela tava praticamente fria. Única coisa que mudaria. De resto eu adorei.

Foi normal para boa. Pena que o ralo do banheiro estava entupido e o da pia também. As camareiras não repuseram papel higiênico e nem toalha de piso. Tivemos que ir e solicitar na recepção, pois nem o telefone funcionava. Lamentável a situação!!!

Cyan minha experiência

O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, próximo a São Paulo. A estrutura é bem conservada e atende às necessidades dos hóspedes. As piscinas são um grande destaque, muito boas e bem cuidadas. Para quem viaja com crianças, os monitores fazem um excelente trabalho, sendo atenciosos e divertidos. Por outro lado, o serviço em geral poderia ser melhor. Em minha opinião, há falta de funcionários, e os que estão disponíveis parecem pouco informados sobre as atividades e horários do hotel, o que pode gerar certa desorganização. Para quem pretende visitar os parques Hopi Hari e Wet’n Wild, a localização do hotel é perfeita, tornando-se uma opção muito prática de hospedagem. A comida e o serviço do restaurante também podem melhorar um pouco, tanto em variedade quanto em atendimento. Ainda assim, é uma boa opção para quem busca conforto e lazer na região.

Razoável

Uma pena que utilizamos a piscina (super boa) mas não tem local para deixar as roupas secando depois. Utilizamos um armário com aqueles cabides de hotéis que um batia no s outros, poderiam colocar varais de chão já que não possuem sacadas ou varandas. Serviço de quarto não repunham papel higiênico e água (que era em lata) e que descobrimos no último dia. Fora isso a recreação c as crianças foram incríveis!!!
