A hotel with potential but needs attention

The room was much smaller than I anticipated. There were no hot mela option suitable for vegetarians at the restaurant. Staff at the restaurant do need to be trained in their customer services skills - what they currently offer is sub-standard. No swimming pool available to guests.

The bathroom had mold and the hair dryer was broken. I quequested a new one. The recepcionist was very rude with me saying that it would be fixed only next day. Recepcionist could care less.

Este é um hotel lindamente construído e apresentado, mas que infelizmente está sendo administrado por pessoas sem nenhum cuidado ou atenção aos detalhes! O quarto em si é bom, bem distribuído e exatamente o que se esperaria. A cama era confortável, os lençóis de boa qualidade, etc. Mas são os pequenos detalhes que fazem diferença quando se está viajando! O “frigobar” deixava a sensação de que eu estava dormindo dentro de um mercadinho. Deve ser daí que eles tiram o lucro! Grande parte do rejunte no (bonito!) banheiro tinha mofo. A página de acesso à internet do hotel apresentava um erro de segurança, então não consegui acessar. Liguei para a recepção e fui informado: “Isso sempre acontece, é só ignorar o aviso de violação de segurança”. Ignorando o fato de que esse é um péssimo conselho(!!!), meu laptop de trabalho com Linux se recusou a ignorar o erro, e acabei tendo que usar o hotspot do meu celular. A TV não tinha guia de canais e todos os canais estavam com imagem ruim — parecia que eu tinha voltado aos anos 80, assistindo a uma TV com antena de orelha de coelho. O café da manhã incluído era preparado por uma equipe que fazia o mínimo possível. As frutas e os pães estavam ótimos. E parava por aí. Havia uma panela de “ovos mexidos” que literalmente parecia um balde que tinha sido enchido com ovos crus e depois cozido. Era um bloco sólido de uns 5 litros. Horrível. As frias (presunto e peito de peru) estavam gosmentas ao toque, como se estivessem velhas.
