"Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. "Overall I like this place and would stay again. It's clean, fairly quiet, and my stay was comfortable. I will say though that I'm not a big fan of the fully automated system without anyone to help in person. The employee was always happy to help me on whatsapp, the service was the best it can be, but if I didn't have internet before I arrived, I would have had a big problem. Again, I was still satisfied with the stay though and would stay again."

"Internet rápida, apto bem arejado, bom isolamento acústico e andar silencioso. Senti falta de um liquidificador (ou mixer) e uma airfrier na cozinha, pelo padrão do apto. A cama era confortável, as roupas de cama também, mas acho que precisa de limpeza. Acho que tinha percevejos porque eu sentia muita coceira só quando deitava debaixo das cobertas, quando deitava por cima das cobertas não sentia, e quando não estava ma cama não sentia também. "Listed as 1400 check in 1200 check out in my booking. Arrived at around 1330 due to flight time, I was able to check into my room. The night before I check out I requested for a 1300 check out so I can use my bathroom after a morning walk before I go to the airport. It was granted. Only down side was one of the staffs in front desk not able to speak English. But they were the one who let me have a late check out. I typed in Google Translate and they said OK."

"Em geral o hotel foi bom. Só na hora do Check-in que não recebi informação nenhuma (mas acho que foi só aquele atendente que parecia novo porque o restante do staff foi muito atencioso). A piscina nem o sauna estavam funcionando(acho que volta só em junho ou julho). O quarto muito bom e limpo. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, a parte que mais gostei, vale muito a pena."

"Nice staff and very good breakfast, although in our second day it looked like the staff was having trouble keeping all items stocked. Some things in the room were not working (lighting and exhaust fan in bathroom), and the room itself was a little smaller than expected. No place to set luggage. But all in all, worth it! Excellent location with plenty to do at walking distance."
