"The hotel was nice, the staff was amazing, but the room did have some spots on the walls that look like something rumbed on them but they look like they could be fixed with paint. Overall it was great."

"After having a lovely stay at this same property a few years ago, I had expected things to be much better. Unfortunately, the property has fallen into disrepair. My room was in bad shape with stained carpet, mold in the bath tub and general uncleanliness throughout, including hair in the bath tub and stains on the bed linens. Previously, I had felt the hotel to be near perfect, so disappointing. It does appear this property has been sold and new ownership is taking over. The hotel signage was spray painted over throughout the property to cover the previous name and renovations have begun. Perhaps in the future things will be much better but I won't be staying here again. "

"Room appeared recently painted. Room and bath were cleaned and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit small for my old eyes, but a wide assortment of channels were available for viewing. The room had a working microwave and small refrigerator. The heating/air conditioning system was controlled by a turn dial marked from heat to cold, which took me quite a while to get the room temperature to my comfort zone. Plus the fan in it was a bit loud. Being a motel... parking was directly in front of the room door. The only issue I had is I'm a light sleeper and the road passing the motel had periodic trucks passing which awoke me a few times during the night."

"It’s a small place close to the highway. It’s very simple and the parking is easy with excellent convenience. The area was also nice. Would I stay here again? Maybe. It’s a little far from Penn National (for me) but if the price was right, sure. Don’t expect the Taj Mahal. But it’s simple and gets the job done."

"Room was marginal. Leaking tub all night was frustrating. Both queen beds had sagging mattresses. The breakfast was horrible. Limited items. I had stale cereal. The worst however was the rude and condescending staff. Upon checkout they scolded my wife for not reporting leaky tub. She responded with why didn’t cleaning crew report it before we checked in? We’re sorry we stayed here. "

"Clean and fresh looking hotel. Decent hot breakfast with good choices. Helpful staff. Location is close to eating joints and fair amount of parking including EV chargers."
