「The lady at the front desk was very helpful and explained everything. Most importantly though she didn't announce my room number. There were other people in the lobby when I was checking in, and since I was traveling alone it gave me peace of mind. The room and bathroom were very clean and the ac worked well. The bed was a bit on hard side but it was only for one night so it wasnt a huge deal. 」

「Considering it's a low budget motel, it's pretty good. Holes in the comforter and sheets had some tears, but seriously, when I say low budget motel, that's what this is, drug dealers and all. In terms of the Ritz? 1 star. In terms of low budget motels, the only reason it's not 5 stars is because they had a sign posted stating that they charged $30/night for service dogs which is illegal. 2/10 很糟糕

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
