Everything was fine just they charged us city tex twice

Courtesy to the diligence and kindness of hotel staff, we had a comfortable place to wait while they stored our luggage and got our hotel room ready at least six hours ahead of check in time. Later, sent for taxis, were warm and welcoming at breakfast and kept our room clean and well stocked.

I was unimpressed by this hotel. Not sure how it qualifies as 4-star hotel; I would give it 3 at best. (It is comparable to a Days Inn in the US). I loved how big my room was, but it felt like furniture was missing. I ate in the lounge one night and the food was okay and it was convenient, but I found better meals at a better value within walking distance nearby. I think my expectations were higher based on what I saw online, but overall, it was a nice place to stay while I was in Milan.

The stay was great overall. Only issue was with a staff member coming into our room without knocking on our last day.
