「Very quaint!」

「10/10 stay! Staff and hotel was great ! We were super impressed with the attention to detail for our 15M old! She got snacks & a toy during check in and they even included a teepee in our room for her to play. Would stay here again!」

「The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.」

「The studio unit had plenty of space and the kitchen was outstanding. Very comfortable bed. Really liked it. The full breakfast was very good although the scrambled eggs were on the cool side. Really nice selection.」

「Everything was great, except for the breakfast. Every bagel was dried out and hard… here were sausage biscuits in a heater pan that were hard as rocks… definitely put out from the previous day and could not eat those (nor bagels). Breakfast definitely needs attention but every other part of the stay was very nice! Also enjoyed using the shuttle service to Vail Village.」

「My only regret with booking this room was the construction right outside our door. Paying what I paid I’d expect some updates and allow me to decide if I ld like to continue my reservation. The river view was nice, just too bad I couldn’t enjoy it. Having workers outside from the early morning until 6pm made the trip average. 25th Wedding Anniversary hit a snag, and also offering Mountain Standard as a great choice for dinner; laughable seeing I again had to hear construction throughout my meal....

「寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。」

「Nice room. Hot tub was nice. Amenities were expensive and were not included in the price, despite most options were not even open/available during our stay. Rental people upstairs were very helpful. 」

「We were very impressed with the check in process and service provided by the front desk staff. The room had been renovated (so we were told), but the bed was definitely NOT new or comfortable (I had to sleep sideways). Also, I was not happy that the valet offered me a cart to take up my belongings (did NOT offer his services and I did not need them), then refused to allow me to take the cart myself....bit of a switch and bait. Checkout was smooth and we did enjoy the flavored water machine. ...
