"The staff was very nice, I needed more light in my room. They found a lamp and brought it to my room immediately. I also had a problem with my laptop getting on wifi. I brought it to the office and the gentleman helped me for over a half hour trying to troubleshoot the problem. The only part that wasn't amazing and of no fault at all of the hotel itself was me trying to cheap out on room type. I booked the cheapest room they had and when they say small they mean small. This room wouldn't be bad for a younger couple who only plans to sleep in the room. I upgraded my room for the rest of my stay. The best part was the continental breakfast. I believe their are only a couple hotels left in Ogunquit that offer this. It was great and even offered fresh fruit not just bananas and apples. I will definitely be going back again next year."

"Stayed one night, traveling thru. The room was clean , the beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the restaurant for breakfast we went down at 7 and there was not anyone there. We sat down and waited for like ten minutes and left. Went elsewhere. Hotel was hard to find but it was dark when we got there."

"Honestly, a stunning hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and the best staff. The man who checked us into the hotel was kind, funny, and informative. They had cucumber water in the entrance and a great coffee shop in the morning. Highly recommend the iced blueberry latte! Would definitely love to stay here again!"

"Hotel is pretty much as advertised. Reasonably priced for an expensive city and had free parking and helpful staff. Decor is a bit outdated (room definitely could have done with a new mattress) and generally needs a lick of paint. Big complaint would be the AC in our room - it was easily in the 90s during our stay and the AC was making the situation worse. My other half was unable to sleep and had to take a 3am shower! She had to wet a washcloth with cold water and put it on her forehead to be semi-comfortable in the room. Should also note that we were up 3 flights of steep narrow stairs - completely fine if you are able (we were) but we did note that would be inaccessible for our older relatives. Additionally hotel is a good half an hour walk to the old port but this is obviously a trade-off for the price - uber/bus both easy to get close to town."
