「Staff refuse to speak english , or even bother to use google translate , Night Shift staff (Ahmad) seems to be running a scam with his friend , tells you that his service would cost you 75-100$ then you end up paying 300$ and he says "oh i never gave you any price". Room service doesn't seem to clean unless you specifically ask them to (but since AM staff refuses to communicate , its impossible to figure that out) , so our towels were never cleaned , we asked for a different set of towels so...

It would be nice if the front desk is aware of the SPA rules to inform the guests when they check in instead of one gets surprised by rules which require additional purchase. In addition, to the SPA staff are selective to who they want to enforce the rules to & who to ignore.」
