The room was clean, but there was a musty odor in the room and no cable or satellite, they don’t upfront give the Wi-Fi password you have to ask…..

Worst Hotel
I chose this hotel online, booked it online with Hotels.com. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, was very rude, non caring, back & forth on the phone. Worst, online, it says pet friendly, NO PETS is written on the glass where U check in. I had to hunt another hotel 10 miles away where they welcomed us & our pets.

Ugh
Not clean. Towels and sheets all had old yellow stains. Top comforter had burn holes in it and felt musty. Toilet had old urine drippings. We went to Walmart and bought a blanket and towels for the night. It’s a place to sleep for the night but not where I’d stay again.

They charged my card twice. I was supposed to get a money back for turning in the key and remote and didn’t.

Hello, As per guidelines, your card was charged only once because when you check in we physically need the card to run the charge through the credit card machine, like the ones in fast food restaurants, and that charge would only go through once. We have checked on our end 3 times and your card was not charged twice. Also, we hold a $5 cash deposit to bring back the key and remote in the morning, which we did give back. I am sorry for the inconvenience but everything was explained and showed in person when the issue came up. Thank you Management

Clean but warm
Our stay was ok. The front desk(little room) was warm, I was sweating and we had to plug in the ac unit to start cooling down our room. Our room was clean.

When we first arrived everything was great. We had everything we needed and the staff was nice. We stayed 2 nights and when leaving out on the last day the staff still had a nice attitude. Well plans changed and we had to book another room from them for that same night. I had already booked onli e and had my confirmation number and all. We headed straight to the hotel to check in and i decided to let my dog ride with us because she doesnt get out that much. When we arrived at the hotel to check in the woman comes up front and looks at my dog in my truck and she flipped out big time. She kept saying the sog cant stay. Well i already knew that because there were signs posted everywhere. I tried telling her she was not staying and that i was just letting jer ride for a few minute but she wasnt having it. She then bnb got her husband and then he flips out. Next thing i know,i banned from that place no

Quality needed
Parking lot area not well-lit building not in good shape and not kept up room had roaches pillowcase had makeup on it didn't look like it was cleaned not good housekeeping had to move to another motel.

The dirtiest and nastiest room we have ever stayed in!! Permanent Ring of dirt in shower and horrible stains on linens!! The heater was not working correctly—only high heat or had to turn it off and freeze!!

The carpet was filthy, the shower curtain was suppose to be white but the bottom was black. Bring your own sheets and blankets. There was no blanket on the bed and the comforter was disgusting. We just put it on the floor. We stayed here because Hurricane Michael took out the Days Inn across the road. I think we would have been better off there!

Get what you pay for..
Very accommodating when it comes to early checkin or out. You get what you pay for. No frills or thrills, but I get a cold room when its hot, a comfy bed when I'm sleepy, and a hot shower.

What a dump
I was the only guest in the entire motel. Looks abandoned from the outside and in serious need of a paint job. Cigarette burns in the carpet of my "No Smoking" room. AC was so loud I could barely sleep. Thankfully it had a brand new box spring (still in the plastic) and a new, comfortable mattress. Doesn't appear to be anything better in Camilla. Better to stay in Albany and make the 30 minute drive to Camilla if you have business there.

First and foremost, I apologize for your recent stay at our facility. I am sorry you felt you were the only guest but I do assure you there were more people at the hotel during that time. The carpets have been cleaned and shampooed so there shouldn’t be any cigarette burns in carpet of our non smoking rooms. I am sorry for the AC sounding loud.
