「Unfriendly and uncaring front desk employee. Shower flooring was damaged, I reported it right away and took a picture of it, he didn’t even care and just asked for the room #. We didn’t use the shower at all. At about 2:30 AM a loud sound( sounded like a pump) lasted for about 2 hours. At check out I didn’t even get a good morning or a thank you from the same person who checked us in. I would not recommend this location. We didn’t even wanted to stay for breakfast, we were happy to leave!!」

「It was less expensive.
Wasn't expecting it to be fancy but our stay wasn't with out drama. Checking was not smooth. Desk Clerk was confused due to too many things happening at the same time. She gave us the wrong stlye room. Then had to what in the car for them to clean another room for 20 mins. The one of the cleaning staff didn't show up for work.
Then there wasn't any remote for our TV. They had no replacement, so we had no TV. When we checked out the Clerk didn't know if we had paid a...
