"Hotel Camburi Praia is a very basic hotel in a small, country village 2hrs south-west of Sao Paulo along the coast. I stayed there for a work engagement. Camburi village is a typical of the area; rustic, weather-beaten, but welcoming enough. You should have some basic knowledge of portuguese though to get by. Hotel Camburi Praia is just off the main street running through the village and about 150m from the beach. It's a very basic hotel (my room 34 was a bit dated, but comfortable enough)....

"A very pleasant stay. The hotel is brand new, and you can tell they paid attention to every detail. Everything is clean, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is amazing and the service is consistently great! The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and if you’re carrying a lot, they can take you there in a tuk-tuk from the hotel, which is very convenient. "Fantastic hotel near the beach and close to restaurants. Very comfortable and quiet. All the staff were welcoming and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was superb . As we are from Australia, we appreciated the fact everyone spoke English too! Highly recommend!"

"The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. Besides that, it's a great place to stay with your family and friends. "

"Near of a superb beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the beds too small . No restaurant in the local area were open for dinner or lunch . I use Uber to the central areas several times to access the restaurants. 15 or 20 minutes taxi 🚕 distance. "
