Had two kids with me, checked in, met some family in the parking lot because they had rooms around as well. He called me back in said said he's not going to let me stay. For what reason no clue. Rude and mean, and had no answer to why."

"We were very disappointed in this hotel and checked out after 2 nights. No individual soap/shower/lotions. Stained carpet and tile; dirty ceiling. We prepaid for 4 nights and were not refunded the charges for the 2 nights we did not use. Homeless people in the parking lot after dark. So disappointing in an otherwise wonderful trip."
