"Staff are super helpful. I arrived early and my room was ready which was super helpful so I didn’t have to lug my luggage around Boston. The room was spacious and the bathroom was on the larger side, especially since I was staying solo. The breakfast was more than I expected and was enough to fill me up to get my day going. Front desk staff was super friendly and even offered me an umbrella on rainy days. The subway also was close by so when I stayed for Boston Marathon weekend, I was able to get to and from quite easily without being caught up in the thick of foot traffic. In choosing to be on the outskirts, it did take maybe 20 minutes or so to get to the heart of the marathon area. But it was well worth it!"

"Meh. This property needs some love. Worn carpets, front door on the fritz, leaky ceiling in the breakfast area, broken Nespresso machine, ice maker not working. The buffet was pretty sad - lukewarm coffee, waffles that were barely edible, and just generally not worth the price. I’ve stayed at the other AC Mariott in Somerville and it was MUCH better. Likely won’t book again. On the upside, it’s located next to a lovely walking path. "

"Staff is friendly and property is well maintained. Sound proof is not the best but it seems to be in a quiet area in general. Great location close to red line station, MIT campus, and a number of cafes."

"Our stay at the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were fantastic from start to finish and truly made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent and added to the overall experience. While the bathroom could have used a little TLC, everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying at this property."
