「Arrived to zero welcome after a six hour journey from Phnom Penh, tepid bottled water to drink, aircon struggling, no fridge and a power outage within half hour of arrival was enough to convince us to walk back to the main road ( as transport options were also zero). After a lengthy time trying to secure a tuk tuk back to town, bear in mind no drivers are wiling to come out to this address, we eventually made it back to Battambang and booked into a city hotel. Much relief 😅 but had to forfeit...

「Pro’s: perfect location, right on the beach at the quieter side of the pier. Large bungalows with a big bed and decent A/C. Con’s: the bathroom was pretty grim. We tried breakfast in the restaurant once and it was inedible, we had to go elsewhere. The bar played one playlist on permanent repeat over and over for the entire time it was open from morning until night.
