Foi maravilhosa a nossa estadia. A pousada é muito melhor que nas fotos. Quarto maravilhoso, quentinho, lareira, ficamos no quarto com hidromassagem. O café da manhã dos sonhos. Bem mineiro com tudo que amamos. Só gratidão pela dona da pousada que é uma querida.

Localização gostamos muito , atendimento muito bom e café da manhã servido com muito capricho, mas infelizmente achamos as acomodações sem ventilação e problemas com aquecimento do chuveiro muita dificuldade para regular e depois de regulado ficava gelado novamente do nada.

Estadia apenas razoável

Garage ruim para acessar e estacionar, quarto pequeno, escuro e frio (a localização da lareira não é efetiva para aquecer o quarto), salão do café-da-manhã sem climatização (poderia pelo menos ter um aparelho de ar condicionado para tornar o ambiente mais confortável). Como pontos positivos destaco a boa qualidade e diversidade do café-da-manhã e o atendimento do staff em geral.

O cafe da manha tem muita variedade de itens. O lugar do cafe inclusive é bastante agradavel, fresco, limpo e bem reposto. O quarto é aconchegante com espaco suficiente. Roupas e cama novas e limpas. O unico porem é o banheiro, bem pequeno, principalmente o espaco do box, mas em contra partida o chuveiro eh bem forte e quente o tempo todo.

Chuveiro horrível

Fraco. Pra resumir: o chuveiro não esquentava, fui até a recepção e não tinha ninguém pra atender (foram pelo menos 30min pra conseguir fazer contato com alguém). Após consertado o aquecedor, o chuveiro continuou apresentando falhas em todos os banhos (hora funciona, hora não). O travesseiro parece um bloco de concreto. O café da manhã é extremamente tarde (começa entre 8h30, 8h45). O portão é minúsculo (tem qie manobrar pra entrar e sair do estacionamento) e fica fechado (você que tem que descer do carro pra abrir). Ponto positivo: o preço é um dos menores de Monte Verde.

Excelente custo benefício!

O quarto é pequeno, mas bem confortável, cama confortável, roupas de cama e cobertores suficientes, quarto é bem quentinho, apesar de não ter aquecedor ou ar-condicionado. Somente o chuveiro é aquecido à gás, a água da torneira é gelada. Tem uma lareira, mas não usamos. Faltou umas cadeiras. O café da manhã é bem gostoso. A localização é adequado, a um Km da Av Monte Verde (principal). Dá pra ir caminhando, mas a volta exige um pouco de preparo físico (subidinha bem íngreme!). Tem um mercadinho próximo para economizar com petiscos e bebidas, pois a cidade é cara! Tem estacionamento tranquilo até pra carros grandes. O Wi-Fi é lento e cai com frequência. A Tv à cabo só tem canais gratuitos. O dono da pousada é bastante acessível.
