"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and professional."

"The shower curtain in our bathroom was installed incorrectly making taking a shower a little tricky. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The couch in the room was so hard it was uncomfortable to sit on. The "free" breakfast bar was disappointing. There were runny scrambled eggs. The egg container was half full of liquid (I assumed it was water). There was no meat selection. The previously frozen breakfast sandwiches looked very unappealing. On the positive side, the staff were friendly."

"When we came to check-in, the person on duty said he couldn’t give us the king size room we booked thru Expedia because a customer has asked to be put next to their friend’s room but they were coming the next day. So he gave us a dbl queen rm. The following night, there was so much noise in the hallway by our room close to 11pm. When I popped my head out the door, it was one of the front desk clerks yelling profanities about kids to allowed to leave the room. Needless to say, we barely slept...
