Didn’t live up to expectations

On a covert busy road so a lot of traffic noise all night. Internal rooms face the atrium so not much better. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

Superiorzimmer bestellt, nach Reklamtion bekommen

Erste Nacht im Zimmer mit kleinem Bett und mit defekter Jalousie und nicht zu öffnendem Fenster geschlafen. Nach Blick in die Reservierung bei Expedia festgestellt, dass die Rezeption falsches Zimmer zugewiesen hat. Das Superiorzimmer hatte ein großes Bett, ein großes Badezimmer und mit Blick auf die Stadt.

Really nice hotel. This is a very new and modern hotel, while keeping the colonial architecture of the neighborhood. Excellent location close to all the amenities, and fantastic restaurants. The staff was really attentive and willing to help with any request/inquire.

un excellent Hotel, comfort, proprete, melange de modernite et de charme et calme, il est situe au debut de la zone touristique de san antonio ce qui est pratique pour visiter ce charmant site et a 10 minutes a pieds du centre. le personnel et super aimable en restant tres professionnel , un service excellent et personalise comme un client unique , aimabilite diffcile a trouver ailleurs meme dans les 5 etoiles ici meme en suisse, en particulier le monsieur au retaurant et a la reception , Muchas gracias

As a costumer you need to reminders the reservation or they will give you the wrong one plus there are hides additional charges that expedia said that it was already cover.

Il manquait une chaise et un porte valise dans ma chambre, cela m'a été fourni très rapidement. Amabilité du service. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour le quartier. Mais comparez les chambres avant de choisir. Beaucoup sont petites et bruyantes.

Hotel básico mas muito confortável. Pelo custo vale a pena. Fiquei uma noite só e fui muito bem atendido. O hotel colocou um motorista para me buscar no aeroporto de Cali (Adolfo) que foi muito simpático e conversou conosco sobre Cali. O café da manhã foi básico mas bem saboroso. Como ponto negativo somente uma mancha de mofo no teto.

New Years 2015

The Hotel was excellent it's location was perfect walking distances to all the city activities The staff was very helpful kind and always with a smile. The breakfast was first class. I would highly recommend this Hotel for the price you pay.

Lost reservation? Or simply poor management?

This hotel could not have mismanaged my reservation any more completely than they did. The did not have a room for me (gave it away?), and provided little assistance in finding another hotel. Additionally they had no explanation for how it was that they gave away my room of which I had called ahead two days to confirm. Fortunate to find another hotel on short notice of my arrival Completely dysfunctional and of little help in their response on the phone when I called directly as well.

Daño aire

Se daño el aire la primera noche y s pesar de llamar varias veces nunca subieron a arreglarlo! Al día siguiente no habían solucionado el problema aun, y en vez de cambiarnos de habitación o solucionarlo de alguna manera durante el día, nos pusieron un ventilador

No arreglaron el aire

Las camas y almohadas muy comodas, las toallas del baño un poco pequeñas. En la 2da habitacion q reserve para mis amigos, se daño el aire la 1ra noche y a pesar de llamar varias veces NO subieron a arreglarlo tal como dijeron... La 2da noche en vez de arreglarlo p cambiarlos de habitacion, les pusieron un ventilador! Desayuno rico, el hotel esta bien para una noche o dos de negocios.

El hotel esta bien ubicado y sus instalaciones son limpias. La atención es calida; no dispone de parqueadero por lo que los vehículos quedan en la calle, en una zona muy transitada.
