Desmejorando

Hace unos años estuve allí ,para esa fecha tenia como un mejor servicio,en esta el desayuno no estaba incluido, decidimos tomarlo pero fue muy demorado todo como a plazos y no es que estuviese lleno solo habían dos personas mas,bebida calientes super frías, los cuartos caso nuestro la única ventana le construyeron el closet , la jabonera tenia residuos otros jabones , el bombillo cuarto nunca se pudo apagar ,toco quitar tarjeta.

Pésimas habitaciones no lo recomiendo

La habitación seleccionada fue dos camas dobles y me asignaron inicialmente pequeña habitación con dos camas sencillas el baño y en general viejo y no muy buen aseado. Me cambiaron esa noche a otra habitación con dos camas dobles pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el lavamanos del baño tenía una filtración lo cual ocacionaba que se mojará el piso bastante y uno de mis hijos se cayó. Al día siguiente volví a reclamar y me cambiaron a una tercera habitación que esta vez estuvo mejor no hubo reclamo a esta. No recomiendo este hotel para nada si lo que buscas es confort y pasarla bien. Las señoritas de recepción se portaron muy bien hicieron lo que estuvo a su mano.

Volvería al Hotel Karlo

Un ambiente muy familiar y agradable. La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca de los sitios de interés. Magnífica la atención en la recepción y las señoras del comedor. Todo el mundo saluda y pregunta como nos ha ido y en qué pueden ayudar. La habitación pequeña pero muy limpia y muy cómoda. Lo único incómodo es que el ascensor nos quedó pegado a la habitación y se oia bastante ruido.

Water leak in bathroom and room

The exterior of the hotel and lobby were beautiful and there was free breakfast but that's where the hotel's pro's ended. The con's: I had reserved the hotel online around 12noon and arrived after 3pm which is the check in time. The staff who were there, did not know anything about my 3-night stay even after I showed them my online reservation. Since they were not prepared for us, we had to wait for an hour to get a room. Once inside the room, we settled in and laid down. The air conditioner worked but was awkwardly positioned to blow cold air directly onto the beds, on our faces to be more exact, as we rested on the bed. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep or even lay down. The bathroom, leaked water on over half of the floor since day one. The air conditioner also dripped water and soaked two of my luggage and contents. Their solution? Mop and place clean towels on the floors to prevent further puddles or accident. Needless to say, we left on day two. When we told them why we were leaving, they still asked us to pay for the third night and staff couldn't care less about our experience at the hotel. Just aweful.
