The rooms were clean, you can smell the cleanliness. AC and WIFI were good. We made an unplanned stop in Cali on our way to Cartagena. We only spent two nights at the hotel. It was decent for our short stay as we only needed a clean room to sleep. The hotel is located on a main street. The staff was friendly.

Outstanding staff. Has hot water and nice view of mountain from the window. Great Air Conditioning. Very clean with breakfast included but it was limited to scrambled eggs with fruit, watermelon juice, coffee, hot chocolate and bread. Safe area. Masterbed was very comfortable but two twin beds in same room were pretty hard.

It took about 2 hours to find our Expedia reservation. Would not give us the room without it. Implied that I was a victim of a fraudulent site. I called Expedia at my own expense $1 per minute. Expedia after 20 minutes transferred me to VRBO. VRBO could not find anything under Expedia's reservation numbers. At 8am the hotel began removing ceramic tile from the wall outside our room. The noise and dust were horrible. My son's asthma flared up and we had to change hotels.

Fue una experiencia buena, creo que le falto información al estar la piscina deshabilitada, esto fue un factor para elegir este hotel, creo que una oportunidad de mejora es tener un secador disponible para los clientes, mi esposa necesito uno y no había, por lo demás el servicio fue bueno.

Es un Hotel bastante Básico No se compara en nada con las Fotos. Lo.unico que tiene es buena ubicación. El recepcionista hombre es mal mirado No me gustó su atención. Creía que le estaba haciendo un favor hospedando se en ese Resort. Las Habitaciones son de Pueblo barato. Todo el mobiliario es viejo y feo. El tapete de los pasillos es muy sucio. El desayuno hay más o menos. Lo.unico.que tiene es Ubicación.
