Seems like a rip off to charge $21 for a breakfast that is free at other hotels. The ad says full service restaurant but it was the same fare as you get free at a road side motel. Was not made to order. The shower tiling was pretty dirty. Looks like mold. Did not use.

Very comfortable beds, room was very nice. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We arrived early for check in, so we ate at the restaurant, food very good. The building is definately older, but it has been renovated. Lots of parking available , and easy access to hwys 1 and 2 It was a very busy weekend and they were fully booked, so it was unfortunate that only 1 elevator was functioning. Ended up taking the stairs a lot, but it's not a very tall hotel so that was not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

My partner and I booked the hotel for a week as I was being admitted in a hospital in Calgary , we decided to book two extra days because the hotel was great and my partner and I would be able to have more Time together , clean rooms , nice pool and hot tub and amazing food

I've lost track of how many times that we've stayed here now and we're back again in two weeks. We've stayed in the least expensive low floor rooms and the most expensive top floor rooms - all are wonderful. Highly suggest upgrading to get the breakfast coupon, it's worth it. The only thing that I could recommend would be more accessable rooms - although most of the non accessable specific ones are pretty close to barrier free. Using the laundry room with a physical disability is difficult because there's six stairs to get to it, no elevator. I had to haul my laundry and my Walker up and down the stairs to do laundry.

Overall, we loved our room and breakfast was great! However, there was a dirty tray left outside our hotel room across from our room that wasn’t picked up. It was there in the morning as well, it was gross to walk past every time we left or entered our room. Seemed like other garbage paper bags were picked up from other suits down the hall so I’m not sure why they left it. Gym And pool were closed until 8pm for maintenance. Although I understand there needs to be maintenance done, I would have liked to be notified of this as we ordered this hotel to ensure we can use these facilities. I made it work once they opened for 8pm. There needs to be spray bottled in the gym to disinfect the equipment. Grateful for the towel service. Super thankful for the breakfast. The staff were super friendly, and the beds are AMAZING. I would come back.

We were checked in beside homeless people that the government pays for. Their dogs have been barking for 30 minutes since we’ve checked in. It’s now 10:15pm. The hotel staff can’t do anything about it, can’t change our room, and told us we would have to call the police & make a noise complaint.

The fire alarm went off numerous times one day and it was really disruptive and sooo loud. Obviously not anyone’s fault but made the hour very long! I enjoyed the covered parking, room was nice with everything I needed and desk was great, large L shape. If I could make a suggestion it would be to add a floor length mirror in the room and a make up mirror in the bathroom.

I didn’t have a normal room, it was for disabled person Shower 🚿 and did not allowed to have a continental breakfast cost me $20:00 . I always use to recommend holiday inn to my friends This time it was a nightmare to support a noisy from 9:00pm.until 4:00am. It was my first worst experience.
