A a solo female traveller, I was cautious when I noticed men sitting outside smoking and gathering outside their rooms on their ground level balconies. I was only at the Inn to sleep, but still played it safe and did not venture out of my room after dark. I stayed at this inn because of the price and location. Although the furniture in the room was not new, the room and bathroom were clean, and the bed linens were fresh and pressed. There were no odours.

The bathroom door would not lock, the latch was not going in how many times I tried. Also the bathtub drain was full of hair that the water was not even draining properly. Had to stand in a puddle of water while showering cause it won’t drain well. Giving three just because the property was extremely cheap.

I had an emergency and i requested the hotel to make a refund for one night and they said their policy does not allow that. i felt cheated especially because i was not able to even sleep one night there. I have emailed the manager as advised and still no response from them

Extremely smelly room and the moment we walk in we found the bed bug asked for refund they refused even manager is not responding at the office only agent handling the matter we were there for a week to visit Rockies our all next gondolas scheduled messed up due to this and the staff is extremely rude and uncooperative never book with them they are huge scam they scam people with their debt and credit card

The hotel was very run down and dingy. Couldn’t even lift my head or arm with out the bed squeezing loudly. No ice machine. No conditioner for your shower. Dirty balcony,stairs,hallway. Very outdated. It was cheap and you get what you pay for.
